When I say "architecture", I'm talking about:

➤ The direction this pattern is actually taking you if nothing changes
Most high-stakes humans are running on constrictive architecture:

It works for a while.
Until it doesn’t.
The work I do is about shifting you into something more expansive.
Where your life still carries weight, but your system can actually live with it.
When I say “high-stakes humans,” I mean people like you:

Your Energetic Blueprint
After our session, I summarize a written Energetic Blueprint for you. It pulls together:
◈ Where your energy is being used now.
The actual pattern you’re living, not the story you’re telling.
◈ What a more expansive way of using yourself would look like.
How you want to live and lead from here.
◈ How to begin shifting it.
The few moves that matter most for this season.
➤ Decisions feel heavy.
➤ Old patterns show up dressed as “logic”.
➤ Life gets loud and you’re tempted to override yourself again.
It’s your mirror and your map.
One 3-hour intensive.
Perfect if:
◈ You’re at a crossroads
◈ You’ve got a big season coming
◈ Or you know you can’t keep running the way you have been
Four intensives per year.
(One per quarter)
Think of these as energetic board meetings.
Each quarter, we pause, reevaluate, and recalibrate:
◈ How you’re using yourself
◈ What’s shifted
◈ What the next quarter actually needs from you (and what it doesn’t)
This rhythm keeps you out of “I’ll deal with it later” and lets you grow without quietly self-destructing.
Two intensives per year
(Every six months)
A slower cadence with depth.
Twice a year, we step back and:
◈ Look honestly at what’s changed in and around you
◈ Reset your architecture around who you’ve become
◈ Make sure the next six months are built more intentionally than the last
If you don’t want to hold it all alone between sessions, you can add 11 weeks of text access after each intensive.
You’ll be able to:
◈ Send text or voice-note “dumps” as spirals, decisions, or questions arise
◈ Receive one focused response per week (on non-call weeks) to help you sort through noise and stay connected to what’s true for you
On weeks we meet live, I don’t reply by text – that keeps the work deep and precise, not scattered.
